Seguin Estates Ratepayers Association (SERA) was organized in 1980 to collectively address the common interests of property owners in the Lake Manitouwaba and Lower Fry cottage communities.

The Seguin Estates cottage community includes Lake Manitouwaba, Lower Fry
Lake and along the Seguin Estates Road.

 

SERA’s objectives include:
a.) to provide a unified voice in decisions that affect its members,
b.) to provide a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas,
c.) to provide a forum for keeping members informed on issues and governmental policies that have
potential to negatively impact quality of life or the environment, and
d.) to promote camaraderie, education and consideration of neighbors and encourage safe boating
practice.
 

Simply put, SERA is here to preserve our quality of life, our property values and our beautiful
environment.
